Lead Plant Engineer

Job Role:

As part of the Plant Engineering management team you will be managing the Multiskilled Plant Technician’s workload as well as helping repair and maintain the company assets including reactive and preventative maintenance issues, whilst working to company safety and quality procedures. You will be updating and maintaining preventative maintenance programs, ensuring parts and labour costs are competitive and within budgets. Experience of working in a Maintenance Department and leading a team in a manufacturing environment is essential.
